As a ceramic artist, I find simple satisfaction daily engaging in the processes and cycle of forming, glazing and firing. It’s my hope that my work on occasion becomes an oasis in the user’s daily activities; providing comfort and/or service. As a craftsman making utilitarian objects, I’ve learned that the success of a piece often is revealed over several years through every day use.
