Judy St. Hill Schiner was born and raised on the
beaches of Southern California. She became a seriousartist in the 70's. Judy/studied with Barnaby Conrad at UCSB, along with a wide variety of very talented art instructors.

She is well versed in oil, acrylic, gouache, air brush, pastel, watercolor and the list goes on. Judy is a life time member of Malibu Arts, Pacific Palisades Art Association and Long Beach Arts.

Judy is an active member of Peninsula Art League and Gig Harbor Strawberry Hill Artists. She has owned two very successful galleries and loves to share art with people who show an interest. She also teaches 'Anything Goes' art for children and adults aged 6 to 106.
