| I have been painting off and on since I was about 12. That was the start of my creative years. In my early teens I learned the art of lapidary and started the ‘Lake Sawyer Monthy News’ which I kept going for almost three years. I’ve always been excited by new creative endeavers leading me to take many art classes from the University of Washington and Green River Community College.
I also completed the computer science program at Automation Institute in 1967 which led to my fallback profession of programmer analyst. Other rewarding life endeavers have been farming 307 acres with hogs farrow to finish, and cruising the Caribbean for 10 years on our sailboat.
During the last 10 to 15 years, besides consistently painting I have created prize winning ornamental gardens at our home, and have started a successful landscape design business.
