For the past 28 years Pat has been involved in quiltmaking and creative fiber art. She has produced more than 260 quilts and exhibited at juried and judged shows across the U.S. Her home studio is where she creates quilts, small doll pins, fabric bowls, pillow covers, fabric covered origami boxes and other small fabric treasures using supplies from her quilt/fabric stash. Her husband of 39 years and two grown daughters share her commitment to make this a better world.
Pat has used her talents to support the Gig Harbor Quilt Festival for Breast Cancer, the LaConner, Washington Quilt Museum, the Association of Pacific West Quilters, and the International Quilt Association. She is an active member of the West Sound Quilters Guild in Port Orchard and a member and former officer of the Gig Harbor Quilters Guild. Currently she is enrolled in a one year program at the University of Washington in Seattle to earn a Certificate of Fiber Art degree.
