I have been a full time painter and illustrator since 1993. My background includes studies in science illustration and a DVM from WSU. Lifelong study of animals and the natural world both informs and inspires my work. I paint in a representational style using a variety of mediums from traditional to contemporary.
Art is about communication; it allows the expression of feelings, experience and inspiration that can be shared in no other way. Just working in my studio, with its forest setting, is inspiring and I look forward to sharing it with you.
