IN ADDITION TO THIS APPLICATION, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEND DIGITAL IMAGES AND A WORD DOCUMENT (as described in CallToArtists2024.pdf, pg 2) to Andrew Van DeGoede (degoede@aol.com).

You are required to bring three (3) current original (gallery-ready) pieces of artwork to the screening. If accepted, the membership fee for this year's event is $300 (checks only) due at or before the first meeting.

A Washington State Business License Number is required to be in the tour. If you don't have one, apply: https://bls.dor.wa.gov/. You must have, or have applied for, a license prior to screening and bring the number or proof of application to the screening.
